This VSOP brandy was first produced by the Tiraspol Wine & Cognac Distillery KVINT in 1961 as a dedication to the 22nd CPSU Congress. It is made from “eaux-de-vie” spirits seasoned in oak barrels not less than 10 years according to classical “French methode”. In the year of its release it was unofficially nicknames as ‘the spirit of the party’. Very delicate and harmonious, with fine balanced bouquet having resinous and floral tones.
